In this Fly Tying Tutorial, Cheech ties the Blacked-Out Baby Fat Minnow. This Baitfish pattern is a small sized version of the Low Fat Minnow. We scaled down the hook and materials, plus throw a little something in for a bit of weight. This fly is an awesome stillwater pattern.
