Sub 45 Minute 10k Challenge!! | Where Do I Start?

New Challenge Alert! Sarah is going for a big 10k PB. Her previous best from 2021 is 49:22 and now she is training to break the 45 minute barrier. In this first episode Sarah heads out for a benchmark run to see where her current time is and what she needs to do to get her time down to sub 45 minutes.
