Sebastian Kienle has had a fantastic triathlon career, winning the Ironman World Championship in Kona in 2014, the Ironman 70.3 world champs in 2012 and 2013, as well as multiple other big races. With 2023 his final year as a pro, James sat down with Sebi in Uzbekistan to look back at his career highlights, talk regrets, doping and his post-retirement plans.
