We spent the day at the Loughborough University Performance Lab to learn more about how the team supported Cassandre Beaugrand in her build up to the Paris 2024 Olympics. Plus we volunteered TRI247’s own Jenny Lucas-Hill to go through some of the testing protocols herself to find out what amateur triathletes can get out of testing their physiology.
