We had an awesome time checking out ASICS Chojo Camp in Font Romeu in the French Pyrenees ⛰️
Ahead of the World Athletics Championships in Tokyo that start this weekend, it was so cool to see behind the scenes and follow some of the athletes during their prep!
We love the sound of eating lots of food and afternoon naps, a bit less keen on running 3 minute kilometres at altitude 😬
The ASICS athlete team will be taking the adaptations from training at altitude in Font Romeu all the way to Tokyo 💪 Keep your eyes peeled for their athletes on the start lines!
