From the tight, technical 1.5km Lake swim to the wet and wild 40km bike and onto a dramatic 10km shootout on the run, it was all about whether Miguel Hidalgo (BRA) could eat into Matt Hauser’s (AUS) ranking lead or if the likes of Dorian Coninx (FRA) and Henry Graf (GER) could pull out some breakaway magic… Next stop – WTCS Weihai on 26 September!
