When you are Euro nymphing, there is usually one side of the river that is best to fish from. Because your rod tip forms an arc shape when making a standard Euro nymphing drift, it is usually best to fish from one side of the so you can match the arc of your drift to the trajectory of the currents. But it is also important to ensure you don’t spook fish first. In this video we dive into this topic a bit more with drone footage and diagrams to help illustrate my points.
