Amazon Prime Day deals are back, baby. The second sale of the year is officially dubbed Prime Big Deal Days and will arrive on October 6 and 7. However, early deals have already started, and I’ve been using my 13 years of deal-hunting experience to find true discounts on the gadgets and gear the WIRED Reviews team has hand-tested and would recommend to our friends. Below, you’ll find the best early deals we’ve sleuthed so far. We’ll be covering deals throughout the event and beyond. all the way through Black Friday and Cyber Monday.

The JBL Go 5 is our top budget Bluetooth speaker. It’s available in 10 different colors, most of which are down to a match of the best price we’ve seen. It’s durable, lightweight, and sounds good for its size.

We see this deal for our favorite workout earbuds pretty regularly, but they only ever get about $20 cheaper, so it’s still a solid option if you’re in the market. The Beats Powerbeats Pro 2 play well with iOS and Android, have punchy sound, and feature the option for both transparency mode and active noise canceling.

The Google Pixel Buds Pro 2 remain our top earbuds for Android users (they also work with iOS). They’re aesthetically pleasing. They sound great. They’re comfortable, have a long-lasting battery, and active noise cancellation, plus some useful software features. If you want good earbuds that aren’t AirPods, these might be up your alley.

The Roborock Qrevo 2 Pro is a solid, relatively affordable robot vacuum. It could do a better job at cleaning up tricky spills, but it has good suction power and this is the best price we’ve seen since it was released.

Our top smart bird feeder is available in a few discounted configurations, but we prefer this one since it comes with AI bird identification and a solar charging panel. It’s been slightly cheaper before, but this deal is still a good one.

I’ve tested air purifiers that cost 10 times as much as this budget Levoit, but I keep coming back to this affordable pick. I really love the connected app, which lets me adjust settings like fan speed and modes from afar and check filter life. Plus, the app sends notifications when air quality is poor and updates when it reaches clean levels again. You can also see historical indoor air quality levels and the corresponding action the purifier took, which helps track patterns. It’s also compatible with Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant for voice control. —Molly Higgins

One of the best cordless stick vacuums you can buy is available in a few different configurations, and one of those options is on sale. The Shark PowerDetect vacuum has powerful suction and a bendable body that can slide under furniture. The base station version comes with more features, and the Speed version is a little cheaper (and our current top pick), but only the sole PowerDetect vacuum is on sale as of press time. —Nena Farrell
