The T100 event returns to London’s Excel on Saturday 25 July and Sunday 26 July, with 5,300 age-group athletes taking on the super-sprint, sprint, Olympic and T100 distances. Among them will be a number of recognisable names from the worlds of sport and entertainment.

The 2025 T100 London Triathlon attracted plenty of famous faces, from singer Tom Grennan to Team Ramsay, featuring Olympic swimmer Adam Peaty alongside Gordon, Tana and Tilly Ramsay.

So, who have we spotted training for this weekend’s event?

Harry Judd

McFly’s Harry Judd took part in his first ever triathlon at the T100 event in 2025 and is set to repeat the event this year. At last year’s event keen runner Judd completed the Sprint distance (750m swim, 20km bike, 5km run) in 1 hour 27 minutes.

Speaking after he crossed the finish line in the ExCel Centre, he said: “I had an amazing time, right from the moment I got here. The atmosphere has been incredible, you are surrounded by like-minded people, so the energy has been really good. I loved it.”

Judd is a keen runner and this year clocked a PB at the London Marathon of 3:05:25.

Chris Robshaw

Former England rugby captain Chris Robshaw will be taking on his first Olympic-distance triathlon. He has been documenting his training on Instagram, sharing behind-the-scenes glimpses of his open-water swims, brick sessions and the challenge of adapting his rugby-honed physique for endurance sport.

He is taking on the challenge to raise money for the Kerslake Robshaw Foundation, a charity that supports young people facing barriers to opportunity through the power of sport and music.

“The competing, the crowds, the buzz, the excitement, but also the nerves,” Robshaw said of taking part in events like the T100 – something he has missed since retiring from professional rugby.

“It is going to be tough, but then you want to get everything on, get my shoes on at the right time and in the right place and all this kind of stuff.”

Julian Caillon

Strictly Come Dancing professional Julian Caillon will also be racing in support of the Kerslake Robshaw Foundation, alongside his fiancée, Sophia Ochoa, who is taking on the Olympic-distance event.

“In a world where everything seems to encourage us to be indoors, or as we lose connection with the natural world and other people, it is invaluable to have a sport that has a community that encourages us to speak to each other while promoting a healthy lifestyle,” Caillon said.

Unlike Robshaw, Caillon is no stranger to triathlon. He and Ochoa discovered the sport while living in Sydney, Australia, after friends encouraged them to enter a sprint-distance race. Since then, swimming, cycling and running have become a regular part of their lifestyle, with the pair even fitting in training sessions while on holiday.

After making his Strictly debut last year, Caillon is set to return for a second series on the iconic BBC show shortly after the T100. Fortunately, his experience with quick costume changes may prove useful in transition.

“I think all the quick changes in theatres between numbers have prepared me well. I’m actually pretty good in the transitions!”

Also look out for…

Watch out for Hugo Fry, who’s a content creator and blisteringly-fast runner – he holds a 2:17 marathon time and can be found documenting his training on Instagram. Also taking part are Theo Baker and Mary McCarthy.
