James is back to where his life changed many 20 years ago: Ironman South Africa. He explores how triathlon has been used as a force for good in the communities this race shares the course with. Because it’s one thing to choose to suffer and take on the challenge on an Ironman – but what about those who don’t get to choose? The harsh reality for many local children is just this: suffering the lasting effects of apartheid, inomine inequality and labour market struggles.
