The heavens opened and conditions were treacherous for the women’s WTCS Karlovy Vary, so the skills had to be on point from the get-go on one of the toughest courses on the circuit. From the 1500m swim to the opening point-to-point bike it was full gas and some came down, before thoughts of a breakaway started to form. With the likes of Beth Potter and Lisa Tertsch hunting down Cassandre Beaugrand for the 2025 world title, it was all on the line in Czechia!
