On a recent trip to Uganda, our resident physio Manni Ovola had the chance to catch up with running royalty, Olympic and World Championship gold medal winner and world record holder Joshua Cheptegei.
During their meeting, Joshua told Manni how he uses the natural landscape of his homeland to help him achieve his running goals. He also gives some details into his training methods and diet. It’s a fascinating discussion and a wonderful insight into a part of the world many will be unfamiliar with.
