2022 World Triathlon Aquathlon Championships opened the Multisport World Championships schedule, in Samorin. The Aquathlon World Championships featured a 1km swim and 5km run, with titles up for grabs in the elite, U23, junior and age-group categories. Hungary’s Mark Devay and Germany’s Celine Kaiser claimed the world titles in Slovakia.
