Just a question…
I am in college and have been swimming competively for some time. I just don’t understand how swimming doesn’t help with your running endurance. I can do heaps of sprint sets in the pool but if I try to sprint/run 100m I am exhausted and my lungs feel like they are going to explode.
If anyone knows why this is it would be much appreciated.
