After being sent FOUR revisions of the Cycplus T2 trainer over the last 16 months, today I encountered the straw that broke the camel’s back. I’m now done with this unit. I’d encountered a few issues with earlier units, some of which were addressed, some that weren’t. The 4th unit had a rusty through axle and a power short/earth problem resulting in one of the most bizarre issues with my Garmin Edge touch screen bike computers. I really thought I’d seen it all when it comes to smart trainers… apparently I hadn’t.
