Has anyone had continuing pain from a dvt? I can sometimes force the pain if I squeeze my calf from stretching. Training for a few half ironmans now and had it seize up at last year’s swim from Alcatraz. On blood thinners and hematologist said exercising was fine. Just wondering of people’s experience / any studies with splitting long runs up. Primarily to reduce fatigue and stress on the body.
