For an endurance athlete, does it matter if you do 2-3 15-20 minute CrossFit WOD-like workouts per week that are balanced so that every muscle is targeted but also gain the anaerobic benefits of the WODs or 2-3 standard strength sessions with breaks in between sets where you aren’t getting your heart rate so high?
